Introduction to Alignment Based Yoga: Class 2

"Yoga gives the energy to lead life fully and with enjoyment. Time spent alone in practice puts mundane issues in perspective and builds a fund of inner strength.  Friends, family, and work all benefit." --BKS Iyengar

The second class in a series of six.  We reviewed the purpose of alignment based yoga-- to infuse our actions with awareness, to create a "meditation in action".
