Virtual Private Sessions:
Virtual Private Sessions with Kim — 50-60 minute session of guided yoga— a style of your choosing: restorative, gentle, yin, alignment, or slow flow. Each session begins with a check in between student and teacher, centering and breathing practices, a physical practice, and ends with a guided meditation into savasana.
A recording of the session is sent via a private Youtube link after.

Virtual Private Yoga Therapy Sessions: Therapeutic yoga sessions with a HereNowYoga lead teacher specifically designed around you and your needs, current health conditions, injury or physical limitations. You must complete an initial 75 minute assessment prior to the 5 pack.
