Soothe Your Soul-- Forward Bending Workshop at Villager Yoga (Birmingham, AL)

Forward bends are some of the most soothing yoga poses for the nervous system. In this practice session, you will learn to find the proper action of the pelvis in a variety of forward bends (supine, standing, seated). With correct alignment, you will fully experience the way these poses ease the mind and calm the body-- allowing you to turn your gaze inward to the deep peace that resides within the heart.
