When we breathe easy, we feel better! Join Kimberly Drye, alignment based yoga teacher, to learn postures (asana) that help open the breathing spaces as well as simple breath awareness exercises (pranayama) that have the potential to impact how you feel, from decreasing pain to increasing energy.
Asana practice will be first, focused on opening and expanding the chest, sides of the ribs, and back of the heart. Pranayama will be practiced at the end, in a supine then seated position against the wall. We will work with a special pranayama technique called "bee breath" to match the Spring season!
