HereNowYoga will be offering its first Yoga Alliance certified RYS 200 hour alignment-based Teacher Training in 2016!
In this 200 hour training, you're invited to immerse yourself in the foundational practices of yoga with lead teachers, Kim Drye and Becca Impello. Cultivate awareness and compassion in order to enrich and enlighten all aspects of your life and gain the skills to teach others to do the same.
An alignment and anatomy based asana practice will ensure you learn to move well-- with purpose, intention and individualized progression. This training will explore the depths of yogic philosophy and reveal the many therapeutic benefits of regular yoga practice. By emphasizing safe alignment and pose modifications, this training will enable you to offer supportive and specific guidance to a wide variety of people.

March 11th-16th, foundational Practices of Yoga 5-Day Immersion
October 8th-11th, includes practicum and graduation celebration
Total tuition: $2800, including $300 registration fee
An early registration discount of $300 if paid in full by January 15th. ($2200 in addition to registration fee)
