Open + Balance Your Hips Mini-Workshop at Embodiment Center (Asheville, NC)
Join Kim Drye, HereNowYoga, for a special two-hour mini-workshop on how to maintain balanced and open hips! This workshop is a MUST for cyclers, runners, and other athletes; as well as desk dwellers or any one experiencing “cranky” hips in their practice. We will work on both hip flexibility and stability which can improve lower back pain, balance, and posture.
Explore your range of motion and gain a deeper understanding of alignment through supine, standing, and seated hip-opening and hip-strengthening asanas.
Each participant will leave with a handout of notes and a practice sequence to continue at home. Suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced practitioners.
