Learn to apply alignment principles to create freedom and strength in your hips and alleviate low back pain with Kim Drye, HereNowYoga. Instruction in yoga poses, basic anatomy, breathing practices, and deep relaxation.
No previous yoga experience necessary. Beginners welcome. $95 investment. Drop ins welcome at $20/class if space allows.
Cautions: There are some conditions for which this program may not be beneficial in a group setting, including: newly injured or severe disc compression or herniation, with radiating/nerve pain; recent hip or back surgery; and spondylolisthesis.
